SeamCheck

Terms of Use

Last updated August 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using SeamCheck ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

2. What the Service does

SeamCheck lets a company upload technical drawings, mark up individual weld locations, assign each one to a welder, and track completion — including optional photo proof and a rework/rejection flow for quality control.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. Managers are responsible for who they invite to their company and what access those team members are given.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to upload content you don't have the rights to, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to try to access another company's data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

5. Your content

Drawings, weld data, and photos you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and display that content back to you and your team as part of providing the Service. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the Service for your account.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe put the Service or other users at risk.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it isn't a substitute for your own quality control and inspection processes — final responsibility for weld quality and safety remains with your company.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeamCheck isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know before they take effect.
